orbea dd795605cf ext/SPIRV-Cross-build: Update cmake version 
This matches the upstream SPIRV-Cross CMakeLists.txt.

Also silences a warning.

CMake Deprecation Warning at ext/SPIRV-Cross-build/CMakeLists.txt:15 (cmake_minimum_required):
  Compatibility with CMake < 2.8.12 will be removed from a future version of
  CMake.

  Update the VERSION argument <min> value or use a ...<max> suffix to tell
  CMake that the project does not need compatibility with older versions.

orbea c8c7889f0f cmake: Improve building with the system libpng. 
This also now requires at least libpng16 instead of libpng17.
