intr/registersub, re-recorded on a 6.61 PSP with every test in the
directory rebuilt, finds no handler on interrupt 8 where the old
recording found one that didn't take user sub-interrupts. The old one was
probably made on an earlier firmware, whose drivers hooked it. Follow
6.61, the firmware PPSSPP models.

Only the GE and vblank interrupts take user sub-interrupt handlers, and
vblank only in slots 0-15, with some of the rest already held by the
kernel. The errors follow interruptman.prx's checks, and which interrupts
have handlers at all is read back from pspautotests intr/registersub and
intr/releasesub, which now pass.

Both were no-ops, so mfic left its destination unchanged. They read and
write the interrupt enable flag that sceKernelCpuSuspendIntr/ResumeIntr
use. Only bit 0 counts for mtic, which also goes for
sceKernelCpuResumeIntr, since on hardware it's just mtic.
Adds the intr/mfic test, recorded on hardware.

videos_ only learns about the CSC output, so the texture we actually draw is
just an ordinary 512x512 8888 texture whose contents happen to be different
every frame: hash, miss, throw it in the secondary cache, rebuild, forever.
So track the copy. NotifyVideoCopy marks the destination as video when the
source is, and the copy funnels call it: sceDmacMemcpy, sceKernelMemcpy, and
the four replaced memcpy/memmove variants. It sits outside their "is either
side VRAM" gate, since a RAM-to-RAM copy of a frame is still a frame.
Being a video texture also gets it forced linear filtering and keeps it out of
texture upscaling, which is what you want for a video either way.

Reinitialize() wiped the 64 display lists but kept the queue of their ids.
Whatever the old executable still had queued came back as lists with no state
and a pc of 0, behind the first list of the new executable, where they
blocked everything. Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars is a launcher for its two games,
and stopped at a black screen that way. Fixes#19894.
This removes the workaround for it, which dropped such a list but returned
before currentList was cleared, and only worked as long as something else
happened to clear it later. A list with a bad pc is now dropped like one that
ran into an error, instead of sitting at the head of the queue for good.
Also narrows what sceGeBreak(1) throws away to interrupts that have actually
been raised, which is what gpu/ge/intrsuspend shows. The ones we haven't
raised yet are only late because we execute lists ahead of time: a game that
breaks right after its last list, and then waits for what the finish callback
signals, got that callback long ago on hardware.

Outrun 2006's USB kernel module calls it on a failed sceUsbbdRegister,
so booting the game printed "Unimplemented function Kprintf". It's the
kernel's debug printf - on hardware it goes to whatever
sceKernelRegisterKprintfHandler() installed, which on a retail PSP is
the serial port, so this is just debug output the game shipped with.
We format it and log it, which is the useful thing to do with it.
The vararg walker that sysclib's sprintf/snprintf already had is now
HLEFormatPrintf() in HLE.cpp, so there's one of these rather than a
second copy. It takes the index of the first vararg (counting a0 as 0)
instead of an offset from a2, which is the same mapping written in
absolute terms - sprintf passes 2 and snprintf 3, where they passed
0 and 1 before.
Kprintf replaces the existing nullptr entry in the KDebugForKernel
table, so no indices move and savestates are unaffected.
Both wrote past the end of guest memory with game-supplied pointers:
- strcpy validated the destination with IsValidAddress, which covers a single
byte, then wrote strlen(src) + 1 bytes there.
- strcat validated both strings as they were, but the concatenation is longer
than either, and that's what gets written.
Check that the result actually fits, and copy with an explicit size instead of
the unbounded str* functions.
Also, snprintf with a negative size fell into result.resize(limit - 1), which
converts to a huge size_t and throws.
Mostly small stubs:
- sceImpose: GetParam/SetParam/Changes/SetStatus, plus the 6.60 alias of
sceImposeGetBatteryIconStatus. Also fixes that function's first output - it
is a plain "is it charging" boolean, not a BATTICON_ value. We wrote
PSP_IMPOSE_BATTICON_NONE (0x80000000) there, which games ignore but which the
VSH reads as "no battery" and draws the empty-battery indicator for. These
are the bulk of the traffic: the VSH calls sceImposeChanges once a frame, so
this alone removes ~10000 trapped calls from a boot.
- SysMemForKernel: sceKernelSetRebootKernel, sceKernelSetUmdCacheOn.
- scePower_driver: scePowerSetWakeupCondition.
- sceHprm_driver, sceUsb: one NID-named call each, as in JPCSP.
Three groups are deliberately left unresolved, with comments explaining why,
because resolving them lets real flash0 drivers walk into hardware we do not
emulate and the boot dies where it used to reach the shell:
- ThreadManForKernel mutex/fpl NIDs: the NAND and ID storage drivers use these
to init, then poll the NAND controller at 0xbd101300 forever.
- InterruptManagerForKernel intr registration: 31 calls, then a stall in GE
list execution with no plugin module ever started.
73 unresolved import hits over 37 distinct module/NID pairs remain in a VSH
boot, mostly sceSysEventForKernel, sceSuspendForKernel and the various
*_driver modules that need real hardware behind them.
The sceImpose savestate section goes to v2 for the two new state variables.

Extends LoadAndStartVshKernelModules() to load the 11 real kd/*.prx
kernel drivers for --vsh (dmacman, systimer, memlmd_01g,
loadexec_01g, lowio, idstorage, syscon, rtc, wlan, wlanfirm_01g, utility),
ahead of the existing 4 VSH-specific modules.
Only active when g_runningVSH, no effect on normal game boot.
Improve implementations of sceKernelSm1ReferOperations and sceKernelIsIntrContext.
Add some more MMIO stubs (GPIO, SYSCON).

* Rename LogType to Log
* Explicitly use the Log:: enum when logging. Allows for autocomplete when editing.
* Mac/ARM64 buildfix
* Do the same with the hle result log macros
* Rename the log names to mixed case while at it.
* iOS buildfix
* Qt buildfix attempt, ARM32 buildfix
Probably not worth it for performance reasons, but some semantic cleanup
is good, especially the accidental GetPointer -> writable casts without
using GetPointerWrite.
Using Unchecked on already checked pointers, or when we'd crash anyway
if it returned nullptr, is good for clarity.
